The importance of a leadership essay is to evaluate the student's ability to think analytically and gather information and put it down in a structured and organized order.

1.0 Introduction

Pick a topic that will be relatively easy to write about. Your essay’s introduction serves as a guide to the reader into the topic of your paper and sets its general mood. Start with a catchy phrase. Put a few background sentences and develop your thesis statement.
