Statement of Purpose-Computer Science Example For Undergraduate, Masters, Or PhD 

My decision to apply for MBA program at the New Castle University, United Kingdom is driven by my inspirations to pursue a career in the field of computer science. The strict and scrupulous mathematical nature of Computer Science is simply too intriguing for me. In addition, my probing and exploitative attitude towards computer science has led me to excel in learning the subject, from one level to the other. The ever-increasing intensity of studying only serves to widen my already acquired knowledge on various concepts in computer science, which encourages me to further my studies. I strongly believe that a strong background and thorough understanding of concepts and developments in the field of computer science are vital elements for an intellectually stimulating and satisfying research based career in the field. It is therefore towards the realization of this goal while studying at an esteemed computer science department such as yours that I apply to your university. After doing a thorough and objective review of my background, skills, strengths and weaknesses, I believe that I will be successful as a Masters student at the university and later on as a researcher in my field.

Academics has always been my strong point. My inquisitiveness and a strong craving to cement the basics principles and techniques of other subjects and retain the fundamental principles and techniques of any subject have made it possible for me to achieve impressive academic records. More importantly, these skills have enabled me to develop the methodology of scientific enquiry, which is evident in my analytical approach towards problem solving. My problem solving skills are also evident in my performance in my undergraduate studies where I not only sharpened these skills but also used them to solve various computer science problems throughout my course.

Over the past few years, while doing my undergraduate studies, I developed keen interest in compiler construction and data retrieval. The compiler construction lessons required the design of the compiler for the C++ programs that are restricted for the loops only to switch case statements, the simple input, and the output. These lessons led me to understand the intricacies involved in this field and prepared me for more topics in the master’s level. 
I believe that an opportunity for me to study computer science at the New Castle University has gains for not only me but also the community in which I will work after completing my studies. First, the rigorous nature of the course will give me the experience and confidence to carry out research and further my knowledge. Additionally, the program will offer me the opportunity to meet new people in my field and other fields with whom I can share ideas and experiences. I will utilize the knowledge that I will gain during my stay at New Castle University to help the community advance in technology and help find solutions through research to solve human problems that will enrich human life.

I hope that all my achievements throughout my undergraduate program and practical private sector internship experience demonstrate that I am an excellent candidate for New Castle University's computer science masters' degree program. I assure you that I will take full advantage of the knowledge that I will gain during my stay at the university by contributing towards the society in a way that will bring pride and recognition to the university. I hope that the admission committee will find me worthy of admission so that I can achieve my goals.
